My mobile wont send an sms to Text4Food ?

If you're mobile phone displays an error when you try to send Text4Food an sms then please contact your network supplier as some UK networks do not allow you to send messages to a shortcodes (82055) UNLESS you contact them and ask them to allow it .

Should I ever pay for my order at the restaurant?

No all Text4Food orders are prepaid via credit or debit card, so you should never have to pay at the restaurant. Just pick up & go!

What is 82055?

82055 is our short code.

A short code is a five-digit number that's connected to an online service (basically like a phone number for text messaging). Every message you send to us should go to 82055, and every message you receive will be from 82055.

How do I order with a text message?

First, save your order online as a Text4Food code. You will save all the details (e.g. Cheese Burger: Whole Wheat, Toasted, with Onions, Lettuce, Chili Sauce) and you then click " Make Code " instead of " Just Order " then press " Do It " at the bottom of the cart . You will also be prompted to set a memorable description that you can use to remember what the order is .

To order, send "CODE " your code ""  to 82055.

Will the restaurant read my text messages?

No, the restaurant cannot read your text messages. The restaurant receives the order details for your order only.

What if I have a specific message about how to make my order?

No problem. There is a "Special Instructions" text box available for every order, where you can add any special notes for the restaurant. These will be printed out with your order details.
